"Level" Classes = Learning
In our Level classes (0.5, and 1-4), you'll learn all the foundational moves for each level of expertise. Levels 0.5 and 1 focus on basic safety and footwork, built upon in Levels 2-4. If you want a great workout while learning new moves with breaks to catch your breath, these classes are for you! Feel free to stay at any given level as long as you're having FUN!
"Bootcamp" Classes = Doing
Bootcamps are perfect for a fantastic cardio workout, utilizing the skills you've already mastered at each level. We offer bootcamps between each level to keep you progressing and having fun. After Level 1, join Bungee Boost. After Level 2, it's Bootcamp time. After Level 3, you'll love SweatFest. And after Level 4, jump into Bungee Burn. All our bootcamps are high-energy, cardio-based, and incredibly fun!
Private Parties
We offer private parties at any level. The entire class must have completed the prior level before introducing a new level to the group. If anyone hasn't completed the Intro to Bungee class, that's the type of class we will teach. Check out our Private Party page to inquire about a date and time for your private event!
Krista is the heart and soul of Recoil as the owner, trainer, and Lead Instructor. She brings her infectious energy to every class, but level 1 holds a special place in her heart because it's filled with laughter and new relationships. Her love for fun and fitness made starting a bungee fitness studio a no-brainer. Krista is a proud wife to a US Marine veteran, a mom of twins, and a natural-born entrepreneur. She loves being a role model for her kids and tries to show them how they too can do hard things. Her goal is to make Recoil a light in the community. When she's not at the studio, you can find her spending quality time with her family and dogs, cheering on her kids at gymnastics, and singing her heart out with her church worship team.
Her favorite food is pizza and cajun food! 🍕⚜️
Dawn is an independent Certified Health Coach, a bookkeeper, a CrossFit enthusiast, and an instructor for all Levels of Bungee Fitness!
She is a mom to 3, a bonus mom to 4, and recently married to the love of her life! She spends her free time gardening, hiking, paddle boarding & is always up for an adventure! She has 4 kitties and 9 bunnies.
Her favorite food is almost anything Italian or Mexican! 🍝🌮
Jaime is an elementary school teacher, breast cancer survivor, and now an instructor at Recoil Bungee Fitness Studio! She is a wife, and mother of 3 boys and considers all of her students her “kids!” In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her amazing family and group of friends, listening to music, singing, and dancing at concerts, and gardening, all while running between her boys’ jiu-jitsu, basketball, and football events! She loves getting quality snuggle time at home with her sibling Labrador retrievers, Kaia and Kona!
Her favorite foods are sushi, pizza, and anything Mexican! 🍣🍕🌮
Allison is a first-grade teacher, baker, and now an instructor at Recoil Bungee Fitness Studio. She is a wife and loves spending time with her family and friends. Three years ago she was inspired by a friend to start getting active after always struggling with maintaining a healthy lifestyle. She started with walking, then added in resistance training, and now has fallen in love with bungee fitness! She can’t wait to inspire others to know that we all are able to make healthy changes and keep improving every day! She enjoys being creative, watching her students have their “ah ha!” moments, and spending time with the people around her.
Her favorite foods are teriyaki chicken and Mexican food!🍗🌮
Amy is a Fly Fundamentals and Bungee Boost instructor at Recoil.
Additionally, she teaches Aqua Fit and senior fitness classes elsewhere.
She is a retired registered nurse passionate about health and nutrition.
She works for Camas Parks and Recreation and also as a charity auction bid assistant (yes, that is a job). She enjoys RVing with her husband and dog, planning international trips, community service projects, and painting, and has started to learn piano. Pi is her adopted Red Heeler who received her name for her "gotcha" day, March 14.
Her favorite food is peanut butter because she overcame a lifetime
allergy and strives to make up for it.🥜

With Bungee Fitness, you'll forget you're even at the gym because it’s just that much fun! Join our intro class to get comfortable in the harness and bungee, and learn the basics of bungee dance and workouts. It’s the perfect workout for all ages and fitness levels. Each client must weigh between 90-260 pounds and be 13 or older. All minors must be accompanied by an adult.
We can't allow you to participate if you are knowingly pregnant.
If you have had surgery within 6 months, you must be cleared by your doctor to attend.
