In the different levels (1-4), you will learn all the foundational moves for that level of expertise. In level 1, you learn basic safety and footwork that we build on in levels 2-4. If you want a great workout, with breaks to catch your breath, the levels are the class type for you!
Bootcamps are where you want to go if you want a great cardio workout. Between each level, we offer corresponding bootcamps for that level. So after level 1, you can go to Bungee Boost. After level 2, you'll go to Bootcamp. After level 3, you'll want to do the Sweat Fest class, and so on. The bootcamps are all cardio and so much fun!
We offer private parties at any level. The entire class needs to have completed the prior level before introducing a new level to the group. If anyone has not completed the intro to bungee class, that is the type of class that we will teach. Check out our Private Party page to enquire about a date and time for your private party!
Our classes are structured by levels with corresponding boot camps after each level. During the "level" classes, you'll learn the moves and then do them. In the boot camp classes, you get a high-energy workout with moves you learn at that level. Below are all the levels you will see on our schedule.
Step 1
EVERY FIRST-TIME RECOIL BUNGEE FITNESS CUSTOMER MUST START HERE.
This bungee workout basics class is the place to start! In Level 1, you will learn safety essentials, proper technique, and the important footwork of bungee fitness. Don't be mistaken though, come prepared to sweat and laugh a lot! Once you have attended this pre-requisite class and feel confident in the movements, you can move on to the level 1 BootCamp class, called Bungee Boost or Level 2.
Step 1.5
ALL CLIENTS MUST ATTEND AT LEAST 1 CLASS BEFORE ATTENDING A BUNGEE BOOST CLASS. You can skip this and go right to level 2 if you feel comfortable.
In this class, you no longer need to learn the footwork needed to do boost. We keep it fairly light and focus on the skills learned in level 1 but in more of a boot camp style. There is no learning in this class, it is all doing. Build on your bungee workout basics and push yourself a bit more in this class. You can skip this class if you want to move right to level 2.
Step 2
ALL CLIENTS MUST ATTEND AT LEAST 1 CLASS BEFORE ATTENDING A LEVEL 2 CLASS.
Build on your bungee workout basics and endurance as we challenge you to learn more advanced skills and routines. In Level 2, you will learn different moves and have a rest period between songs as you learn new techniques. This level is structured similarly to Level 1 in that you learn the moves and then do them by adding routines to get you ready to move on to the faster-paced Level 3!
Step 2.5
ALL CLIENTS MUST ATTEND AT LEAST 2 CLASSES BEFORE ATTENDING BOOTCAMP.
Do you want an immediate burn, without going through the first two levels of bungee fitness? Bungee Bootcamp takes the simple skillsets learned in Levels 1 and 2 and challenges you in one continual cardio push (No stopping to learn new skills, all endurance!) This class is split into two sections: In-harness cardio + out-of-harness strength training. After your cardio burst, you will use body weight and core routines to sculpt and build muscle! Bring water and prepare to get sweaty!
Step 3
ALL CLIENTS MUST ATTEND AT LEAST ONE LEVEL 1 AND A LEVEL 2 CLASS BEFORE ATTENDING A LEVEL 3.
In Level 3 you will learn the last set of skillsets, fine-tune your technique, and continue to challenge your endurance. You will also begin your strength training with body weight at this level, to achieve a full-body and bungee workout. In level 3, your confidence and endurance increase with the fast-paced aerobics format and fun music!
Step 3.5
ALL CLIENTS MUST ATTEND AT LEAST ONE LEVEL 3 CLASS BEFORE ATTENDING SWEAT FEST BOOTCAMP.
After gaining confidence from the previous levels, come put all that you have learned into practice. Sweat Fest routines are packed with all the skills to boost cardio, fly higher, and maximize the fun! Instructors will also incorporate weights to focus on toning muscle
Step 4
COMING SOON! ALL CLIENTS MUST ATTEND AT LEAST ONE LEVEL 3 CLASS BEFORE ATTENDING LEVEL 4.
After gaining confidence from the previous levels, come put all that you have learned into practice. Level 4 takes all the moves learned in the first 3 levels and expands by creating fly sequences and combining moves in new ways. You also learn more new moves. This is a super fun workout and we finish with weights and resistance bands.

Krista is the owner, janitor, bookkeeper, customer service specialist, and Lead Instructor at Recoil. She teaches all the levels in the studio but her favorite one is level 1, because of all the laughter that comes from learning. She is a wife, a mom of twins, and an entrepreneur at heart. She loves being an example to her kids and strives to be a light in the community. She spends her free time with her family and dogs. She loves going to the gym to watch her kids show off their gymnastics skills and is a member of the worship team at her church.
Her favorite food is pizza and cajun food! 🍕⚜️
Chelsea teaches Levels 1+, level 2, and bungee bootcamp! She is a stay-at-home mom who loves to be artistic through baking and photography. Chelsea loves anything that involves being outside in the sunshine. She is fun, loving, and energetic. You'll love her style and enthusiastic approach to instructing!

Dawn is an independent Certified Health Coach, a bookkeeper for a law firm, a kickboxing enthusiast, and now a Recoil Level 2 & Bootcamp Bungee Instructor! She is a mom to 3, a bonus mom to 4, and recently engaged to the love of her life! She spends her free time hiking & exploring the outdoors, line dancing with friends & is always up for an adventure! She has 2 kitties, Mia & Doug, and a puppy named Mollie.

We are a brand-new fitness studio offering a one-of-a-kind bungee workout. Finally, the Pacific Northwest has a place to do this fun and effective workout! A bungee workout is low impact but high intensity and is sure to get your heart rate up! I have done fitness classes for years and have some very good friends that I have made in the process. There is a "gym tribe" that develops in your favorite class. We hope to provide this to the community! Bungee Dance and Fitness is needed in the Vancouver community and surrounding areas in Clark County! We are excited to work out with you!
With Bungee Fitness, you don't even feel like you are working out at a gym because it is so much fun! It is ideal for those people that need a low-impact workout but doesn't want another boring gym workout! Join us for our intro class to get comfy in the harness and bungee and learn the basics of a bungee dance and workout! This is the ideal workout for any age and fitness level!
Each client must weigh between 90-260 pounds and be 13 or older. All minors must be accompanied by an adult.
We can't allow you to participate if you are knowingly pregnant.
If you have had surgery within 6 months, you must be cleared by your doctor to attend.
