To get started, just buy the class pass you want from our SCHEDULE page. Select either Fly Fundamentals or Intro to Bungee as your first class. The system will then guide you to set up your profile, purchase your class pass, sign waivers, and schedule.
Your class credits are then stored in your profile for future use. To manage your reservations, click our PROFILE LOGIN page to log in to your profile.

Ready to bounce into bungee? Here’s the scoop: everyone starts at the beginning! If you’re up for a slower pace, kick things off with Level 0.5 - Fly Fundamentals. Feeling like you’ve got the stamina to dive right in? Go for the Level 1 - Intro to Bungee as your first leap.
Once you’ve conquered the intro, you’ve got options! You can choose to level up with our Bungee Boost BootCamp (think of it as a Level 1 skills power-up) or jump straight into new skills in Level 2. We’ve got 4 levels of bungee fun for you to explore, with a bootcamp between each one to keep you flying high!
YES!!! We're excited to introduce our new class, "Fly Fundamentals - Level 0.5," designed for those of a certain age or with physical limitations who prefer a gentler start. It's the perfect way to begin your fitness journey and is offered during our mid-day sessions and Thursday evenings. Check the SCHEDULE to find a class time that works for you!
So you purchased the BOGO and now want to use your free class? Not to worry! Your class credits are stored in your profile like a bank account. When you purchase the BOGO, you get two credits. You use one to schedule your first class.
If you are logging in for the first time after purchasing your class pass, you'll go to the PROFILE LOGIN page, click login, enter the email you provided, and click "forgot password" to set up your permanent password.
Our official start time is 10 minutes after the posted class time, but here's how it works: if you're more than 10 minutes late to any class (except Fly Fundamentals or Intro to Bungee) and the fun has already begun, we won't be able to let you in—it's all about fairness and respect for everyone who arrived on time!
For Levels 0.5 and 1, we often start about 20 minutes after the posted time to accommodate weigh-ins and setup. However, if the class is small, we might kick things off just 5 minutes after, so please aim to be punctual and help keep the positive energy flowing!
We've sprinkled in some buffer time at the beginning of each class to make sure you're perfectly paired with the right bungee and harness. So, aim to be fashionably on time! If you happen to arrive a tad too early, you might catch a sneak peek of the action from other classes winding down. Let's keep it cool and quiet for the folks already soaring in their harnesses if you're early. Feel free to chill out and take in the vibes from the sidelines!

Absolutely not! This workout is for everyone at every stage of life. It is an easy and fun way to get moving, even if you've never worked out before. You are in the right place. And bonus... all the moves are modifiable so if you need the take it down a notch, just let the instructor know. No judgment here!

Yes! We offer different levels of classes that work on building your comfort and stamina. Feel free to stay at a certain level as long as you need to feel comfortable and confident! Check out our About Us page to see the bungee journey and learn about all of our class types and what you can expect!
We provide all the needed bungee equipment. We'd suggest bringing a water bottle and wearing comfortable shoes that lace up and can be tightened. Slip-on shoes tend to fly off in class... Yes, that is a thing!
In accordance with our insurance and for safety reasons, the weight of the participant needs to fall within 90-260. This is to ensure proper fit of the equipment and safe practices. Each client is weighed upon arrival and each quarter for insurance documentation.
We allow people aged 13 or older to participate when accompanied by an adult. Anyone under the age of 18 must have a parent sign the waiver and be accompanied by an adult. All ages are welcome over 13 years old. You're never too old to bungee!
Neither the age nor weight is negotiable and is strictly regulated.
All genders are welcome! We do recommend that men wear tights under shorts or tight fitting under garments for maximum comfort in our class.
Eat light if you need to eat before class or grab a protein shake. You can eat immediately after class.
Yes! We'd love to do some one-on-one training! Just reach out to us and let's get a plan in place that suits your needs and goals! We charge $50 per person for up to 8 people in a private class. Over 8 people, please reach out to us on our PRIVATE PARTY link to talk about a larger party.
No! Of course, we'd love you to become a regular so you'd want to enjoy the ease of the app and social feed, but you are not required to download our app. By clicking the Login button on our Profile Login page, click "Let's get started" to log in to the desktop version of our app. The mobile app is optional.
Unfortunately, no. Since there is a lot of pressure put on the abdomen when doing a bungee workout, anyone who is pregnant must refrain from participating.
Yes! This is where it gets a little tricky so please read on... Due to insurance and liability, each person needs to create their own profile with their contact information and sign the waiver prior to booking. That being said, we'd love to have you and a friend.
If you are paying for your friend to join, they can choose the JOIN A FRIEND option on the pricing page. This will prompt them to create their profile and sign the waivers, and they can schedule using this pass and won't be required to pay first. We will ask you at the time of check-in who is paying for their class. You will need to add class passes to your account (which we can do at check-in) to pull a class credit from for you and your friend(s). Your purchase of the BOGO pass is not an option to pay for a friend to join.
Adults must not be signed up as a sub-account due to the liability waiver needed. They must sign themselves up to create their own profile to sign waivers.
To join in on the bungee fitness fun, any kiddo under 16 needs to bring along a grown-up pal. Make sure to include them as a sub-account on your profile.
As a mom of twins, I understand this struggle and I can happily report that no, this doesn't cause any accidents like other jumping exercises do. But if you pee your pants when you laugh, that can be true in this class because we do a lot of laughing!

Oh, I wish! But the BOGO pass is for one person only—no sharing the fun! If you’re bringing a buddy, you’ll need to snag them their own one-class pass.
Unfortunately, no. Because space is limited, online prior registration is required.
Yes! This is an excellent idea for birthdays, company teambuilding, a bachelorette or bachelor party, a Christmas party or just getting your friends together. We reserve Friday and Saturday after 1:30 pm for these types of events. See our SIGN UP to see more information and to book.

Bungee fitness is a motion-based, resistance training program that allows the needed buoyancy, provided by the bungee cord and harness attached to your waist and legs, to perform aerobics and exercises that you may not be able to do without assistance or pain in the joints! We offer a variety of classes but all bungee workouts have to start with the intro to bungee class. This is where you will learn the basic steps and moves of a bungee workout and bungee dance. We use a combination of fitness training that is high intensity all while you float weightlessly yet achieve a high-intensity workout! It is the perfect workout routine for any age, size, or experience level!
Our trainers are certified Master Instructors with hours of training in bungee workouts and aerobics. Continuing education is also a top priority so we stay current with safety necessities and the needs of our bungee fitness clients.
We understand that adapting new fitness habits is difficult and oftentimes fails. Our goal is to change your view on fitness so that it becomes a part of who you are and your lifestyle. Making it fun through bungee fitness is a great way to start to think about fitness in a different way and helps you build a support system with other clients who join in our classes. Bungee workouts are meant to be effective aerobic classes with a hint of dance and strength training built in.
