Simply log in to your account by going to the login page or download the app. If you are logging back in to use your second pass, you will enter your email as your username and click FORGOT PASSWORD to set your password. Once you log in using the email and password you created, you'll be able to navigate to the schedule through your profile.
Wear regular workout clothes and shoes with some exceptions... Please don't wear crop top shirts or sports bras as the harness will irritate the skin. Our floor is made of rubber (recycled tires) so it likes to hold onto your shoes. We suggest wearing lace-up shoes to prevent them from coming off if you drag your feet during class. Barefoot, slip-on shoes, and flip-flops are not allowed for safety reasons.
If you are more than 10 minutes after a class has started, we can not allow you to come into the class out of respect for the other clients' time.

Yes! We offer different levels of classes that work on building your comfort and fitness levels. Feel free to stay at a certain level as long as you need to feel comfortable and confident! Check out our About Us page to see the bungee journey!
We provide all the needed bungee equipment. We'd suggest bringing a water bottle and wearing comfortable shoes that lace up and can be tightened. Regular workout clothing is preferred. Padded pants or shorts, like cycling shorts, can help if the padding is in the right place. If you have long hair, we suggest you wear your hair to the side or up high on the head.
No. We have added in a buffer time at the beginning of each class to get you matched up with the right bungee and harness so arrive on time!
In accordance with our insurance and for safety reasons, the weight of the participant needs to fall within 90-260. This is to ensure proper fit of the equipment and safe practices. Each client is weighed upon arrival and each quarter for insurance documentation.

We allow people aged 13 or older to participate when accompanied by an adult. Anyone under the age of 18 must have a parent sign the waiver and be accompanied by an adult. All ages are welcome over 13 years old. You're never too old to bungee!
Eat light if you need to eat before class or grab a protein shake. You can eat immediately after class.
We schedule each class for an hour block with the exception of intro to bungee. The intro classes take a little longer so block out the class time for an hour and a half. It takes more time to get people weighed and positioned correctly. We typically take 15-30 minutes to get you set up with the appropriate gear ahead of the class and 5 minutes in the end, to take the equipment off and get it all put away. Total in-bungee class time is around an hour.
Yes! We'd love to do some one-on-one training! Just reach out to us and let's get a plan in place that suits your needs and goals! We charge $50 per person up to 5 people in a private class. OVer 5 people, please reach out to us on our PRIVATE PARTY link to talk about a larger party.
For a full refund, we require a 4-hour notice of cancellation. Cancellations can be done through the LOGIN page or on the app. If you cancel later than the 4-hour mark, you will lose your class credit.
Unfortunately, no. Since there is a lot of pressure put on the abdomen when doing a bungee workout, anyone who is pregnant must refrain from participating.
Yes! This is where it gets a little tricky so please read on... Due to insurance and liability, each person needs to create their own profile with their contact information and sign the waiver prior to booking. That being said, we'd love to have you and a friend.
If you are paying for your friend to join, they can choose the JOIN A FRIEND option on the pricing page. This will prompt them to create their profile, sign the waivers, and they can schedule using this pass and won't be required to pay first. We will ask you at the time of check-in who is paying for their class. You will need to add class passes to your account (which we can do at check-in) to pull a class credit from for you and your friend(s). Your purchase of the BOGO pass is not an option to pay for a friend to join.
If you create a friend as a sub account under your account, you'll need to download the app to schedule them or view their profile.
A child under 18 must be accompanied by an adult to participate in bungee fitness.
As a mom of twins, I understand this struggle and I can happily report that no, this doesn't cause any accidents like other jumping exercises do.
Unfortunately, no. The BOGO pass is per person and is not transferrable. If you are paying for a friend to join, you need to also purchase a one-class pass for your friend.
Unfortunately, no. Because space is limited, registration is required.
Yes! This is an excellent idea for birthdays, company teambuilding, a bachelorette or bachelor party, a Christmas party or just getting your friends together. We reserve Friday and Saturday nights for these types of events. See our pricing and classes page to see more information and to book.
You can add your name to the waitlist through our app. Unfortunately, it can not be accessed through your profile on the website. Go to the "your profile" page to download the app or log in to manage your bookings and profile.

Bungee fitness is a motion-based, resistance training program that allows the needed buoyancy, provided by the bungee cord and harness attached to your waist and legs, to perform aerobics and exercises that you may not be able to do without assistance or pain in the joints! We offer a variety of classes but all bungee workouts have to start with the intro to bungee class. This is where you will learn the basic steps and moves of a bungee workout and bungee dance. We use a combination of fitness training that is high intensity all while you float weightlessly yet achieve a high-intensity workout! It is the perfect workout routine for any age, size, or experience level!
Our trainers are certified master Sling Instructors with hours of training in bungee workouts and aerobics. Continuing education is also a top priority so we stay current with safety necessities and the needs of our bungee fitness clients.
We understand that adapting new fitness habits is difficult and oftentimes fails. Our goal is to change your view on fitness so that it becomes a part of who you are and your lifestyle. Making it fun through bungee fitness is a great way to start to think about fitness in a different way and helps you build a support system with other clients who join in our classes. Bungee workouts are meant to be effective aerobic classes with a hint of dance and strength training built in.
