This class is designed for seniors and beginners who have not worked out before or prefer a slower pace to get started. It focuses on building your stamina, preparing you to confidently join the Intro to Bungee - Level 1 class. In this class you will learn the fundamentals of bungee fitness and then will put what you've learned to practice to a routine. All to get you ready to move up to Level 1 - Intro to Bungee.
Everyone kicks off their bungee journey here (unless you decide to soar with Fly Fundamentals first)! This is our super fun beginners' class, and it’s a must-do before you can dive into the other exciting class types. At this level, you’ll master the basic bungee moves and get the hang of bouncing around. But don’t be deceived by the basics – you’re in for a surprisingly awesome workout that will have you sweating and smiling in no time!
EACH CLIENT IS WEIGHED AT THEIR FIRST CLASS AND EVERY QUARTER TO ENSURE PROPER EQUIPMENT FIT AND TO UPHOLD OUR INSURANCE GUIDELINES FOR SAFE PRACTICES.
THE MINIMUM WEIGHT ALLOWED IS 90 POUNDS.
THE MAXIMUM WEIGHT ALLOWED IS 260 POUNDS.
ALL PEOPLE 13 YEARS AND OLDER CAN PARTICIPATE.
Each client must weigh between 90-260 pounds and be 13 or older. All minors must be accompanied by an adult.
We can't allow you to participate if you are knowingly pregnant.
If you have had surgery within 6 months, you must be cleared by your doctor to attend.
