Level's = Learning
In our Level classes (0.5, and 1-4), you'll master the foundational moves for each stage of your bungee journey. Levels 0.5 and 1 focus on basic safety and footwork, which you'll build on as you move through Levels 2-4. If you're looking for a great workout while learning new moves with breaks to catch your breath, these classes are perfect for you! The best part? You can stay at any level for as long as you're having FUN!

"Bootcamp" Classes = Doing
Bootcamps are the perfect way to take your cardio workout to the next level while having a blast! 💥 We offer them between each class level to keep you progressing and having fun. After Level 1, jump into Bungee Boost for a heart-pumping challenge. After Level 2, it's time for FiredUp! After Level 3, get ready for the ultimate SweatFest, and after Level 4, let’s turn up the intensity with Bungee Burn! All of our bootcamps are high-energy, cardio-packed, and guaranteed to be a blast! 🪂✨

Krista is the heart and soul of Recoil as the owner, trainer, and Lead Instructor. She brings her infectious energy to every class, but level 1 holds a special place in her heart because it's filled with laughter and new relationships. Her love for fun and fitness made starting a bungee fitness studio a no-brainer. Krista is a proud wife to a US Marine veteran, a mom of twins, and a natural-born entrepreneur. She loves being a role model for her kids and tries to show them how they too can do hard things. Her goal is to make Recoil a light in the community. When she's not at the studio, you can find her spending quality time with her family and dogs, cheering on her kids at gymnastics, and singing her heart out with her church worship team.
Her favorite food is pizza and cajun food! 🍕⚜️
Dawn is an independent Certified Health Coach, a bookkeeper, a CrossFit enthusiast, and an instructor for all Levels of Bungee Fitness!
She is a mom to 3, a bonus mom to 4, and recently married to the love of her life! She spends her free time gardening, hiking, paddle boarding & is always up for an adventure! She has 4 kitties and 9 bunnies.
Her favorite food is almost anything Italian or Mexican! 🍝🌮
Jaime is an elementary school teacher, breast cancer survivor, and now an instructor at Recoil Bungee Fitness Studio! She is a wife, and mother of 3 boys and considers all of her students her “kids!” In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her amazing family and group of friends, listening to music, singing, and dancing at concerts, and gardening, all while running between her boys’ jiu-jitsu, basketball, and football events! She loves getting quality snuggle time at home with her sibling Labrador retrievers, Kaia and Kona!
Her favorite foods are sushi, pizza, and anything Mexican! 🍣🍕🌮
Allison is a first-grade teacher, baker, and now an instructor at Recoil Bungee Fitness Studio. She is a wife and loves spending time with her family and friends. Three years ago she was inspired by a friend to start getting active after always struggling with maintaining a healthy lifestyle. She started with walking, then added in resistance training, and now has fallen in love with bungee fitness! She can’t wait to inspire others to know that we all are able to make healthy changes and keep improving every day! She enjoys being creative, watching her students have their “ah ha!” moments, and spending time with the people around her.
Her favorite foods are teriyaki chicken and Mexican food!🍗🌮
Denise works at a local hospital, is a singer/dancer, a cancer survivor, and is now a Recoil Bungee Fitness Studio instructor. In her free time, she loves to go on adventures with her family, volunteer at her son’s school, and cheer him on at all his sporting events. She loves to celebrate ALL the holidays because it’s a way to create memories and traditions with those she loves the most. ❤️

To keep things safe and fun, flyers must weigh between 90-260 pounds and be 13 or older. If you're under 18, be sure to bring your favorite adult along for the ride!
Safety first, always! 💕 If you’re expecting, we’ll have to hit pause on the flying fun for now—but we’ll be ready to welcome you back when the time is right!
If you’ve had surgery in the past 6 months, you’ll need the thumbs-up from your doctor before you can join the fun. Your safety is our priority!
