The first step is to complete your waiver👉🏻HERE. Please do this before arriving for class. Having your waiver completed ahead of time helps us get everyone in as quickly as possible. We appreciate your help and can't wait to see you fly!
Lace-up shoes are your best friends! Tie those laces tight—trust us, you don't want your shoes taking flight mid-class! 👟 It happens in almost every beginner class, so don't be the one!
We set aside the first part of the class to get everyone harnessed and comfortable. Please be fashionably ON TIME⌚ and be aware that if we have back-to-back classes, there may be a wait if you arrive too early.
Tights under shorts or snug undies = maximum comfort! 🩲 The harnesses can get a little too friendly, so keep it comfy and secure for the best flying experience.
We’ll kick things off with a quick, discreet weigh-in to match you with the perfect equipment—it’s an insurance thing, but we promise to keep it low-key and privately stored in your account! 😉
Crop tops? Let’s skip those—bungees and bare skin don't play well together! Pants are the MVP, but shorts are cool, too. Just make sure you’re dressed to move, groove, and have a blast!
Don't worry about capturing the fun—we’ve got you covered! We’ll snap tons of photos and videos, and we'll email you a link that will give you access to them all within 24 hours of your party. 📷
Stay Hydrated! This class is all cardio, which will leave you thirsty! Bring water or purchase some from us—hydration is key! 💧
Long locks? Tie 'em up high or to the side—nobody wants a bungee tug-o-war with their hair! 👧🏼
It is not recommended to eat before class. If you need some fuel beforehand, we recommend a light snack or protein shake. After class, eat away! And of course, if we suspect you're impaired in any way, we'll need to have you sit this one out and reschedule for another day. Safety first! 💜
To keep things safe and fun, flyers must weigh between 90 - 260 pounds and be 13 or older. If you're under 18, be sure to bring your favorite adult along for the ride!
